Who i am
I am so happy you're here
Ava was born in Houston, Texas but spent all of her childhood growing up in Westfield, Indiana. She is a strong follower of Christ and strives to honor Him in all of her work. She fell in love with sports at an early age and plans to stay involved with sports for the rest of her life. Her other hobbies include playing music, spikeball, pickleball, and writing.

Ava graduated from Taylor University in 2024 with a degree in Sport Management and just recently graduated again with an M.A. in Leadership. She lives in Westfield, IN where she grew up and attended high school there. She spent all five years in college playing on the women’s basketball team, but has a passion for all things sports and outdoors. She is looking to combine this passion with her passion for youth/young-adult ministry in the future. She currently attends Heartland church in Fishers.
While she was in college, she served as the Discipleship Coordinator (DC) for on-campus apartments, where she helped disciple her peers while leading a team of DA's. She was also a member of the women’s basketball team at Taylor University and led the Athletics Media Team. As an athlete for so long, she has a huge heart for athletics and thrives in any such department. Sports have been a part of her life for as long as she can remember, and she hopes to work in this field beyond college.
